Appointments are preferred + encouraged at our bridal boutique in Columbus, Ohio, as we require a stylist to assist in your Luxe Redux experience! Walk-ins are welcome, but our scheduled appointments take precedence. If a fitting room and stylist are not available, we’ll schedule you for our next open time!

Parking information: We suggest street parking, paid via the Park Columbus app [download on the Apple App Store or Google Play], or the 4th & Main Lot, paid via parking.com. There is also a parking garage across from the Southern Theater, the Columbus Commons Parking Garage. Please pay attention to parking signs, as some surface lots may be permit only.

The appointment itself was wonderful as well. First off, the boutique is beautiful. Small and tucked away and felt very cozy the second I walked in! We had a lovely experience at this bridal shop. Not only did the staff do a wonderful job of selecting dresses that looked great on me, but they also listened carefully to my priorities and helped me find a dress that helped me show off my personality. They were well organized and had a very positive energy. We did not feel feel pressured to buy anything at all (although I did buy a dress!), and they were very respectful of my budget. Also, as part of an LGBTQ couple, I felt not just tolerated, but genuinely celebrated by the staff. Could not recommend this shop enough :)

Couldn’t recommend this place more highly! It was a MUCH better experience than the small boutique I went to first. At Luxe Redux, my stylist had done her homework, reviewing my Pin board in advance to find dresses that looked like ones I’d pinned. I’d also browsed the store's website and texted an associate a screenshot of one in stock that I knew I wanted to try on - it ended up being the one, but there was another contender, and three different employees gave their input as I deliberated between the two and texted my bridesmaids. I never felt rushed or pressured - just supported, heard, and echoed by their staff. I LOVE the dress and loved walking out of the store with it that day.

For the best experience, we suggest scheduling an appointment. Your dedicated stylist and fitting room will be reserved just for you. Walk-ins are welcome in our wedding dress shop in Columbus but scheduled appointments take priority.

No, our bridal appointments are complimentary at Luxe Redux Bridal Columbus.

Monday - Friday appointment: You must call 24 hours prior to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid the $150 fee.

Saturday - Sunday appointment: You must call 48 hours prior to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid the $150 fee.

If you reschedule your appointment and then cancel that rescheduled appointment, you will be charged the $150 fee regardless of timing.

We have this cancellation policy in place to ensure that every bride who would like to visit our store has access to a fitting room and a stylist for their entire appointment. Unfortunately, when a bride cancels at the last minute, it takes away the opportunity for another hopeful bride to book that time slot.

Alterations are a game changer and are necessary for any bridal gown, whether you purchase a designer sample gown with us or order a brand new dress from a traditional boutique! All of our stylists are highly trained in understanding what can be altered.
